Dr. Fastabend

Carl P. Fastabend, MD, FACC

Dr. Fastabend is a native of Richmond, Virginia. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in biology and earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia, where he also completed a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Cardiology. Dr. Fastabend is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and Society of Cardiac Angiography and Intervention as well as member of the American Heart Association.

Dr. Fastabend has been in practice for over 30 years and has a special interest in peripheral vascular disease and specializes in the treatment of vein disorders. He is the founder of The Vein Center of Southwest Louisiana.
